Justin St. Denis has been performing with his band for over two decades in the Southern California area.  Starting as a solo acoustic artist in clubs like Genghis Cohen and Molly Malone’s, After two opening gigs at the Whiskey and the Troubadour as a solo acoustic act, Justin soon formed a trio, Jeez Louise, which was a regular staple at the Central, which later became the Viper Room.  The band performed at the Luna Park and Martini Lounge with Tim Taylor filling in on sax and Ron Manoag on drums. The band soon was energized by the addition of back up singer, Leesa DiLallo who walked into a studio session and walked out with a new job which again changed the sound and song writing.  Justin also performed at the Key Club on opening night with a band that featured Chad Norris on drums, John Button on bass, Jerry Moore on sax and Leesa. The next version of the band featured a group of young musicians from Cal State Northridge including, Jon La Croix on drums and piano, Dan Lutz on bass, Jerry Moore on sax, Ron Blake on trumpet, Scott Hughes on trombone playing regularly at the Roxbury on Sunset.  Additional keyboard duties were handled by David Arana and Jeff Babko.   Tom Diekmeier took over on drums for a series of shows at the Gig on Melrose and 14 Below in Santa Monica.  Jon La Croix soon took over production duties in the studio and brought in guitarist/producer, Steve Harriton for the “Mad Jasper” cd which also featured Dan Lutz’s wife, Michelle on backing vocals in the studio and live .  Most recently Jon and Steve also produced, “Give Yourself Away.” The band performed multiple shows at Club Good Hurt in Venice with Travis Newlon on guitar, Chris Kerr on bass, Jon on piano/keys, Steve on guitar and ex Jeez Louise drummer, Tim Klassen behind the kit.  Justin also just released four new songs online and is currently in the studio with Jon and Steve.
